Bella Katy Manager/Media/Marketing Team Lead: Monic Cano was born in Alton, TX but raised in Green Bay, WI and have now followed her family back down here after 2 years of being apart from them. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee this past May with a Bachelor’s in Psychology. Her other concentrations were Women and Gender studies and Child and Adolescent studies. During her years in college, her passion for psychology grew, as well as her love for learning more about the little humans that run around in this world. It amazes her how every child is so unique. Every day is different when you are working with children, you really do learn something new every day and she think that it’s definitely one of the biggest reasons why she love to work with them. She looks forward to continue to gain knowledge and experience with the rest of the RISE team. It brings her so much joy to be part of these children’s lives and so much excitement to see the progress and results that we can all help achieve!
Program Coordinator:: Hyejin (Hannah) Kim graduated from University of Texas at Austin in December 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Education. She discovered her passion for children while volunteering at various different special needs camps over the last few years. Her passion is to help and guide children reach their goals, as well as exploring how great their potential can be. Her goal is to pursue Master’s in Special Education, and continue to work in the ABA field. She looks forward to experiencing growth together at Rise!
Program Coordinator Jocelyn Curiel was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She then moved to College Station to attend Texas A&M University where she graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology. She knew from the start she wanted to use her degree to make a difference in society. She has always had a passion for children so being introduced to the ABA field was the perfect fit! Seeing children thrive through ABA is a special experience to be a part of. She is excited to have the opportunity to learn and grow with Rise in helping shape little ones!
Behavior Therapist: Gabrielle Cantu is from Houston, Texas. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Counseling at the University of Houston. She has always had a passion for helping others and especially loves working with children. She loves watching them grow each day and takes pride in teaching them things they will carry with them for the rest of their lives. She is grateful for the opportunity to be part of the awesome RISE team and to be able to make an impact on these children’s lives.
Behavior Therapist: Kiara de la Rosa is from Arecibo, Puerto Rico, but has now lived in Houston, Texas for over 13 years. She is graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a goal to pursue research among various ages. Though, she has always had a special interest in children and young adults. She was first introduced to individuals on the autism spectrum as a child and has now transitioned into shaping the young growing minds of our Risers greatly! She is appreciative for the opportunity to continue learning about ABA and to help her team along their professional journey.
Behavior Therapist: Anusha Faisal is from Houston, Texas. She is currently enrolled in the University of Houston and is pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology. She knew from a very early age that she wanted to pursue a career in which she can be a helping hand to children. In her previous years, she has had firsthand experience while volunteering with kids from all different backgrounds. Since working at Rise With ABA, she has gained a stronger understanding and passion toward children on the spectrum and helping them rise to their full potential. She is thrilled to continue working here at Rise with the most wonderful team!
Behavior Therapist: Jacqueline Gramajo was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science degree in psychology with a minor in sociology. Once completed, she will pursue her education to obtain a PhD in clinical psychology. Jackie’s passion for psychology began at the young age of 11. Eventually, she recognized the importance of mental health. She believes that for an individual to have the right set of tools for success, it all starts when the individual is young. That is why she enjoys working with children, to offer support, help guide them and become the best they can be. Having the opportunity to watch children grow & develop new skills is a rewarding experience that she is delighted to be a part of. She is grateful to be able to work at Rise & be a part of these children’s lives.
Behavior Therapist: Carol Sunny is from San Antonio, TX and is currently living in Houston, TX. She graduated from University of Texas at San Antonio with a psychology degree and a minor in sociology this past May. She is planning to pursue her PsyD in child psychology. From a young age, she has been working with children and loves to see them reach their potential. She is excited to be working with individuals on the austim spectrum with the awesome help of ABA so they can have a better tomorrow!

Behavior Therapist: Valeria Prado was born in San Luis Potosi, Mexico and raised in Houston, Texas. She is currently a senior at the University of Houston pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in human studies and family development. After her bachelor’s, Valeria plans to pursue a masters degree in clinical psychology in order to someday help many children and families that deal with difficult situations. Valeria has been working in the ABA field for two years, and hopes to enrich the children’s learning experience along with hers in order to grow together.

Behavior Therapist: Victoria VillarroelTorro was Born in Caracas, Venezuela and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. Her family moved to Houston over 7 years ago. Victoria is finishing up her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Public Health at the University of Houston. She also has a goal of pursuing her masters in the upcoming years. Victoria has had a passion working with kids as a swim instructor and school tutor over the last few years. She landed upon ABA and has fell in love ever since. She loves the dynamic at Rise with Aba and is thriving off growing and learning with her clients.
