Current Opportunities
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and qualified professionals for the following positions:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA therapy programs.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and therapists.
- Conduct assessments and create behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with families to set goals and monitor progress.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Current BCBA® certification in Texas.
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Compassionate and family-centered approach.
Reliable and Committed: Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent schedules and fulfill shift commitments. - Dependability: Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA®.
- Collect data on client progress and behaviors.
- Assist with assessments and skill acquisition plans.
- Communicate regularly with supervisors and families.
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
- Current RBT® certification in Texas or willingness to obtain certification.
- Experience working with children, preferably in a therapeutic setting.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping others.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Dependable Attendance: Commitment to consistent scheduling and ability to fulfill assigned shifts.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to scheduling needs to best support our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one therapy to children using ABA principles.
- Engage clients in activities that promote skill development.
- Monitor and record client progress.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to adjust programs as needed.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
- Experience working with children with special needs.
- Knowledge of ABA therapy techniques is a plus.
- Willingness to obtain RBT® certification.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor.
- Dependable Attendance: Commitment to consistent scheduling and ability to fulfill assigned shifts.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to scheduling needs to best support our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support clinical team members.
- Coordinate scheduling, client intake processes, and resource allocation.
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality services.
- Serve as a liaison between families, staff, and leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
- Experience in clinic management or administrative leadership role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
